The God I worship is a personal caring God. Because I believe Jesus died on the cross for my sins and trust that He rose from the dead, I know, “He has forgiven [me] all [my] sins: Christ has utterly wiped out the damning evidence of broken laws and commandments which always hung over [my] head, and has completely annulled it by nailing it over His own head on the cross.” (Colossians 2:15-15 Phillips).
I know God cares for me because:
God Sent His Son to die for my sins and the sins of all mankind.
God keeps His promises. Just as He promised, He has been and will always with me in challenging and good times.
God answers prayers as He knows best, knowing all He knows. Some things I have requested have been answered in ways I didn’t expect; but I trust He is answers according to His Sovereign will and I’m grateful for His presence in my life.
God provides for my needs. Indeed, God is the Provider.
Preschoolers and young children need to learn that God cares for them in our homes, our faith-based schools, home schools and churches.
